Refund policy

If for any reason you  are  not happy with your  purchase, you can initiate a return  within  7 days  of your  package  being delivered once it meets our exchange requirements. Our policy does not allow any refunds. We provide store credit once it has met our exchange requirements. If  7 days have gone by since your package was delivered,  no returns/exchanges  will be accepted. 

To be eligible for an store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. *Final sale items cannot be returned *

To start a return, please contact us at 7324305506 or e-mail  fancyevansboutique@gmail.com. Once the request is received, you will be given instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, then your exchange will be processed and store credit will be issued within five business days. * The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),  Bodysuits, Intimates, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue you a store credit only. Damaged items or items with odors will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non- refundable.
